The Slaying of Kumbhakarna
अद्यत्वयाहम्सौमित्रेबालेनापि , नापिपराक्रमैः ।तोषितोगन्तुमिच्छामित्यामनुज्ञाप्यराघवम् ।।।।
adya tvayāhaṃ saumitre bālenāpi nāpi parākramaiḥ | toṣito gantum icchāmi ity āmanujñāpya rāghavam ||
Này Saumitri, hôm nay ta đã mãn nguyện về ngươi—dẫu còn trẻ—nhờ oai lực của ngươi. Xin cáo biệt, ta muốn đi đến Rāghava (Rāma), và thưa lời xin phép.
"Now I am gratified with your valour, though young. Taking leave of you, I wish to go to Raghava."
