Transliteration

yathāgamaṃ ca yo rājā samayaṃ vicikīrṣati |

budhyate sacivān buddhyā suhṛdaś cānupaśyati ||6.63.8||

Translation

Vị vua nào thuận theo chánh pháp và truyền thống mà mưu việc đúng lúc, dùng trí phân minh để hiểu các đại thần, và luôn lưu tâm đến những người thân hữu thiện chí—vị ấy thật biết điều phải làm.
