विसर्जयामासततस्समन्त्रिणोविधानमाज्ञाप्यपुरस्यपुष्कलम् ।जयाशिषामन्त्रिगणेनपूजितोविवेशचाऽन्तःपुरमृद्धिमन्महत् ।।।।
visarjayāmāsa tataḥ samantriṇo vidhānam ājñāpya purasya puṣkalam | jayāśiṣā mantrigaṇena pūjito viveśa cāntaḥpuram ṛddhimān mahat || 6.36.22 ||
Bấy giờ, sau khi ban xuống những mệnh lệnh đầy đủ để sắp đặt việc thành, hắn cho các đại thần lui; được hội đồng mưu thần kính lễ và chúc phúc thắng lợi, an lành, hắn bước vào nội cung lớn lao, phú quý thịnh vượng.
"Indeed, in a short while crores of Vanaras, Sugriva and also Lakshmana and Raghava will be killed by me. Oh!"
It reflects rājan-dharma in form—administration and consultation—yet also warns that ritualized counsel and blessings cannot substitute for righteous conduct.
Rāvaṇa finalizes city arrangements, dismisses his ministers after receiving benedictions, and retires into the palace interior.
The ministers’ formal loyalty and auspicious speech are shown; the deeper virtue implied is responsible governance guided by dharma, not merely procedure.
