Sau con trai của Vāli cũng có vị anh hùng Nala đứng vững nơi chiến địa, được bao bọc bởi đại quân hùng hậu—chính người mà công việc đã làm nên nguyên do của cây cầu.
"Behind this Vali's son is Nala surrounded by a huge army force. He is heroic in war. He is the cause of construction of the bridge."
Dharma as constructive capability put to righteous use: Nala’s identity is tied to building the bridge (a life-protecting, mission-enabling act), and then standing firm in the just war it enables.
The battle formation is described: Nala, famed for the bridge to Laṅkā, is positioned behind Angada with a large supporting force.
Kauśala (skill) and sthairya (steadfastness): competence in building and firmness in battle, both aligned to a righteous objective.
