Transliteration

taruṇādityasaṅkāśāṁ taptakāñcanabhūṣaṇām |

raktāmbaradharāṁ bālāṁ nīlakuñcitamūrdhajām ||

akliṣṭamālyābharaṇāṁ tathārūpām aninditām |

dadau rāmāya vaidehīm aṅke kṛtvā vibhāvasuḥ ||

Translation

Rực sáng như vầng dương non mới mọc, trang sức vàng tinh luyện, khoác y đỏ, tuổi xuân tươi thắm, tóc đen uốn lượn; mang vòng hoa và trang sức không vương bụi nhơ, dung mạo vẫn như xưa—nàng Vaidehī không tì vết được Thần Lửa ôm vào lòng rồi trao trả lại cho Rāma.
