सीतावृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् / Report of Sītā’s Condition and Tokens of Recognition
वैदेहीमक्षतां श्रुत्वा रामस्तूत्तरमब्रवीत्।।।।क्व सीता वर्तते देवी कथं च मयि वर्तते।एतन्मे सर्वमाख्यात वैदेहीं प्रति वानराः।।।।
vaidēhīm akṣatāṃ śrutvā rāmas tūttaram abravīt |
kva sītā vartate devī kathaṃ ca mayi vartate |
etan me sarvam ākhyāta vaidēhīṃ prati vānarāḥ ||
Nghe tin Vaidehī vẫn bình an vô sự, Rama liền đáp: “Nay nữ thần Sītā ở nơi đâu, và lòng nàng đối với ta ra sao? Hỡi các vānara, hãy thuật cho ta tất cả, về Vaidehī.”
