Commencement of the Ocean-Crossing
आस्ये तस्या निमज्जन्तं ददृशुः सिद्धचारणाः।ग्रस्यमानं यथा चन्द्रं पूर्णं पर्वणि राहुणा।।।।
āsye tasyā nimajjantaṃ dadṛśuḥ siddhacāraṇāḥ |
grasya-mānaṃ yathā candraṃ pūrṇaṃ parvaṇi rāhuṇā ||
Các bậc Siddha và Cāraṇa thấy Ngài chìm vào miệng nàng—như trăng tròn đêm rằm bị Rāhu nuốt lấy.
The siddhas and charanas who were watching his performance of drowning in her mouth were amazed as though the moon is seized by Rahu on a full-moon night.
Dharma is upheld even when it appears eclipsed: righteous effort may seem overwhelmed, yet it is not defeated in truth.
