वैनतेयस्य या शक्तिर्मम सा मारुतस्य वा।।4.67.23।।ऋते सुपर्णराजानं मारुतं वा महाजवम्।न तद्भूतं प्रपश्यामि यन्मां प्लुतमनुव्रजेत्।।4.67.24।।
vainateyasya yā śaktir mama sā mārutasya vā ||4.67.23||
ṛte suparṇarājānaṃ mārutaṃ vā mahājavam |
na tadbhūtaṃ prapaśyāmi yan māṃ plutam anuvrajet ||4.67.24||
Chỉ có sức bay như Vainateya (Garuda) hay như Māruta (Thần Gió) mới sánh được với ta. Ngoài chim vương Supaṇṇa và Gió đại tốc, ta chẳng thấy hữu tình nào có thể theo kịp ta khi ta nhảy vọt giữa hư không.
'Only Garuda and Maruta have the capacity to fly like me. No one other than the king of vultures and the Windgod have the speed to fly like me.
Hanumān’s statement supports dharma through responsible assurance: he truthfully declares his unique capacity so the search for Sītā can proceed without delay, aligning strength with righteous purpose rather than pride.
Satya is shown as accurate self-assessment in service of a moral goal—Hanumān speaks plainly about who can match his speed (only Garuḍa or Wind), giving the group a truthful basis for planning their mission.
