पुनरावर्तमानस्तु वालिनाऽभिद्रुतोद्रुतम्।दिशस्तस्यास्ततो भूयः प्रस्थितो दक्षिणां दिशम्।विन्ध्यपादपसङ्कीर्णां चन्दनद्रुमशोभिताम्।।।।
punar āvartamānas tu vālinābhidruto drutam |
diśas tasyās tato bhūyaḥ prasthito dakṣiṇāṁ diśam |
vindhyapādapasaṅkīrṇāṁ candanadrumaśobhitām ||
Lại đổi hướng, khi Vālī đuổi theo ta như gió, ta liền rời khỏi phương ấy, chạy về phương Nam—nơi dày đặc núi rừng Vindhya, rực đẹp bởi những cây chiên-đàn thơm ngát.
