ताराविलापः
Tara’s Lament over Vāli
कुरुष्व पितरं पुत्र सुदृष्टं धर्मवत्सलम्।दुर्लभं दर्शनं वत्स तव तस्य भविष्यति।।4.20.17।।
kuruṣva pitaraṃ putra sudṛṣṭaṃ dharmavatsalam |
durlabhaṃ darśanaṃ vatsa tava tasya bhaviṣyati ||
Hỡi con, hãy nhìn kỹ phụ vương con—bậc yêu mến và gìn giữ dharma. Con yêu dấu, chẳng bao lâu nữa, việc được thấy Người sẽ trở nên khó có được.
'O lord! you have set out on a long journey. Kiss your son on the forehead, enjoy its sweet smell, console him and give him your message.
