वरिष्ठा सर्वनारीणामेषा च दिवि देवता।रोहिणी न विनाचन्द्रं मुहूर्तमपि दृश्यते।।2.118.11।।
variṣṭhā sarvanārīṇām eṣā ca divi devatā | rohiṇī na vinā candraṃ muhūrtam api dṛśyate ||
“Rohiṇī, bậc tối thượng trong mọi phụ nữ, là một nữ thần nơi trời; trên bầu trời, nàng chưa từng được thấy dù chỉ khoảnh khắc mà vắng bóng Mặt Trăng.”
