जटायुवृत्तान्तः
Jatāyu’s Testimony and Rāma’s Grief
रामस्तस्य तु विज्ञाय बाष्पपूर्णमुखस्तदा।द्विगुणीकृततापार्तस्सीतासक्तां प्रियां कथाम्।।।।
rāmas tasya tu vijñāya bāṣpapūrṇamukhas tadā |
dviguṇīkṛtatāpārtaḥ sītāsaktāṃ priyāṃ kathām ||
Bấy giờ, khi Rāma nghe từ người ấy câu chuyện thân yêu gắn liền với Sītā, dung nhan Ngài đẫm lệ; nỗi sầu lại tăng gấp đôi, khiến Ngài bất lực trong bi thương.
Having known from Jatayu the story of his beloved Sita, Rama was full of tears, his grief redoubled.
