नष्टायामपि वैदेह्यां हृतायामपि चानघशोचितुं नार्हसे वीर यथान्यः प्राकृतस्तथा।।3.66.13।।

Transliteration

naṣṭāyām api vaidehyāṃ hṛtāyām api cānagha |

śocituṃ nārhase vīra yathānyaḥ prākṛtas tathā || 3.66.13 ||

Translation

Hỡi dũng sĩ vô tội, dù Vaidehī có bị lạc mất—hay thậm chí bị kẻ khác cướp đi—ngài cũng không nên sầu khổ như kẻ phàm tục. Dharma của ngài đòi hỏi tâm kiên định và hành động có mục đích, chứ không phải than khóc bất lực.
