Nhờ người ấy, một koṭi Rudra được phụng thờ—điều này không nghi ngờ. Và ngay tại đó có một tīrtha, nền đất của sự tinh tấn thánh thiện, nơi tiêu trừ tội lỗi.

It declares that worship performed there is so potent it equals worship of countless Rudra manifestations, and that the site itself functions as a sin-destroying tīrtha—making it a highly meritorious place for sādhana and pilgrimage.
By emphasizing pūjā (reverent worship) and faith in the sanctity of a tīrtha, it frames devotion as an accessible act whose spiritual fruit is magnified by sacred place and sincere intention.
Ritual application (Kalpa) is implied: performing pūjā and tīrtha-sevā at a recognized sacred site is presented as a structured dhārmic practice yielding pāpa-kṣaya (removal of sin).
