Kurukṣetra-yātrā-krama
अदित्या तत्र पुत्रार्थं सम्यक् चीर्णं महत्तपः । तत्र स्नात्वा समभ्यर्च्य देवमातरमंगना ॥ १२ ॥
adityā tatra putrārthaṃ samyak cīrṇaṃ mahattapaḥ | tatra snātvā samabhyarcya devamātaramaṃganā || 12 ||
Tại đó, Aditi vì cầu con mà đã tu khổ hạnh lớn một cách đúng pháp. Sau khi tắm tại nơi ấy và thành kính thờ phụng Mẹ của chư Thiên, bậc hiền nữ Aditi đã toại nguyện.

It presents the Narada Purana’s tirtha-mahatmya principle: when austerity (tapas) is joined with sacred bathing (tirtha-snana) and proper worship (arcana), the desired spiritual and worldly fruits are said to manifest.
Bhakti is shown through “samabhyarcya”—reverent worship. The verse frames devotion as disciplined and procedural: devotion expressed through worship at a sanctified place, supported by tapas and purity (snana).
It reflects Kalpa (ritual procedure) in practice—tirtha-snana followed by prescribed worship (arcana). The emphasis is on doing rites “samyak” (correctly), aligning with Vedic ritual precision.
