Ngài ban cho các bậc nhị sinh (brāhmaṇa) những xứ sở, lãnh địa cổ và cả các thành thị. Như vậy, sau khi bố thí muôn loại, Ngài trị vì vương quốc đúng như lẽ dharma.
Suta (narrator) reporting the episode within the Uttara-Bhaga narrative
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: vira
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It presents dāna (generous gifting) and yathocita-rājya (ruling according to dharma) as complementary: merit arises not only from offerings to worthy recipients but also from sustaining society through righteous administration.
Though not explicitly naming Viṣṇu-bhakti, it reflects a bhakti-aligned ethic: service to the dharmic order—especially honoring brāhmaṇas and supporting sacred culture—becomes an outward expression of devotion through selfless giving and responsible rule.
The verse most directly echoes Dharmaśāstra-oriented practice (linked with Kalpa/Vedāṅga): proper gifting (dāna) to qualified recipients and proper conduct of kingship (rājadharma) in accordance with prescribed norms.
