Puruṣottama-māhātmya

The Greatness of Puruṣottama Kṣetra

तं नमस्ये जगन्नाथमीश्वरं सुखदं प्रभुम् । इत्येवं धर्मराजस्तु पुरा न्यग्रोधसन्निधौ ॥ ८० ॥

taṃ namasye jagannāthamīśvaraṃ sukhadaṃ prabhum | ityevaṃ dharmarājastu purā nyagrodhasannidhau || 80 ||

“Con xin đảnh lễ Ngài—Jagannātha, Đấng Tự Tại, Chúa ban an lạc, Bậc Chủ Tể tối thượng.” Xưa kia, Dharmarāja đã thốt lời ấy bên cây nyagrodha (đa) linh thiêng.
