The Greatness of Gayā
Gayā-Māhātmya
यजेत वाश्वमेधेन नीलं वा वृषमुत्सृजेत् । सारात्सारतरं देवि गयामाहात्म्यमुत्तमम् ॥ ६ ॥
yajeta vāśvamedhena nīlaṃ vā vṛṣamutsṛjet | sārātsārataraṃ devi gayāmāhātmyamuttamam || 6 ||
Người ta có thể cử hành tế lễ Aśvamedha, hoặc phóng thả một con bò đực xanh như lễ thí thiêng; nhưng, ô Nữ Thần, Gaya-māhātmya tối thượng chính là tinh túy—còn cao diệu hơn cả tinh túy—của mọi công đức thánh thiện.
