तस्य तज्जायते पापं यन्मोहिन्यां व्यवस्थितम् ॥ ८३ ॥
tasya tajjāyate pāpaṃ yanmohinyāṃ vyavasthitam || 83 ||
Đối với kẻ ấy, chính tội lỗi do mê vọng mà lập thành liền phát sinh—khi hành động dưới quyền lực làm mê hoặc của Mohinī.
Narada (instructional narration within Uttara-Bhaga)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhayanaka
It warns that wrongdoing is born from moha (delusion): when the mind is bewildered, the very act becomes a source of pāpa, so spiritual practice must begin with clarity and discernment.
Bhakti is implied as an antidote to delusion: devotion stabilizes the mind in dharma and remembrance of the Lord, preventing actions driven by मोहिनी-like bewilderment.
The practical takeaway aligns with dharmic discernment used in ritual decision-making: correct intention (saṅkalpa) and mental clarity are essential so that rites and vows do not become mechanically performed under moha.
