The Description of Kāśī (Kāśī-māhātmya): Avimukta, Kapālamocana, and Śiva’s Purification

विघ्नानि शूलिना कांत कृतान्यस्य निषेवणे । यैर्विघ्नैरभिभूतास्तु स्तुत्वा विष्णुं शिवार्चकाः ॥ ६३ ॥

vighnāni śūlinā kāṃta kṛtānyasya niṣevaṇe | yairvighnairabhibhūtāstu stutvā viṣṇuṃ śivārcakāḥ || 63 ||

Hỡi người yêu dấu, Đấng cầm Tam-xoa (Śiva) đã tạo ra chướng ngại trong việc thờ phụng Viṣṇu. Bị các chướng ngại ấy áp đảo, những người sùng kính vốn thờ Śiva đã ca tụng Viṣṇu và nhờ đó được giải thoát khỏi khổ nạn.
