Cosmic order includes forces of dissolution and intensity: Rudra arises as a necessary principle when creation requires transformative power, even if sourced from ‘wrath’.
Sarga: it continues primary creation by naming principal progenitors and introducing Rudra’s origin as part of the cosmic functional balance.
‘Wrath’ here can signify concentrated tapas-like energy that breaks inertia. Rudra embodies the catalytic force that both destroys obstruction and renews the possibility of higher order.
