Adhyaya 23 — Ashvatara’s Vow for Madalasa and the Bestowal of Musical Science by Sarasvati
तदुत्तिष्ठत गच्छामस्ताताज्ञां क्षणमप्यहम् ।
नातिक्रान्तुमिहेच्छामि पदेभ्यां तस्य शपाम्यहम् ॥
tad uttiṣṭhata gacchāmas tātājñāṃ kṣaṇam apy aham / nātikrāntum ihecchāmi padebhyāṃ tasya śapāmy aham
“Vì vậy, hãy đứng dậy—chúng ta đi. Ta không muốn chậm trễ mệnh lệnh của phụ vương dù chỉ trong khoảnh khắc. Ta thề dưới chân Người (rằng ta sẽ không chậm trễ).”
