दत्त्वान्यद्भूबुजे दद्युर्यदि भागं ततोऽधिकम् ।

पण्यादीनामशेषाणां वणिजो गृह्णतस्ततः ॥

Transliteration

dattvānyad bhūbhuje dadyur yadi bhāgaṃ tato 'dhikam /

paṇyādīnām aśeṣāṇāṃ vaṇijo gṛhṇatas tataḥ

Translation

Nếu sau khi đã nộp mà dân chúng còn bị ép phải dâng cho kẻ hưởng dụng đất (nhà vua) phần lớn hơn mức phải nộp, thì do đó các thương nhân sẽ rút đi (ngừng đem đến) mọi hàng hóa và những thứ tương tự.
