Adhyaya 15 — Karmic Retribution: Rebirths After Naraka and the King’s Compassion in Hell
प्रधर्षयित्वा कामात्मा शूकरो जायते नरः । यज्ञ-दान-विवाहानां विघ्रकर्त्ता भवेत् कृमिः ॥
pradharṣayitvā kāmātmā śūkaro jāyate naraḥ / yajña-dāna-vivāhānāṃ vighrakartā bhavet kṛmiḥ
Bị dục vọng thúc đẩy, kẻ đàn ông đã xâm phạm (một phụ nữ) thì sinh làm lợn rừng. Người ngăn trở tế lễ, bố thí và hôn phối thì hóa sinh làm sâu bọ.

Private vice (sexual violation) and public sabotage (blocking yajña/dāna/vivāha) are both condemned: the former for harming persons, the latter for harming the sustaining institutions of dharma.
