nindā niśāmitā yaiś ca pāpānām abhinandatām

Translation

Những kẻ hèn hạ nào nghe lời phỉ báng các bậc thầy, các thần, hàng nhị sinh (dvija) và các Veda—lại còn tán đồng những kẻ tội lỗi ấy—thì bị trừng phạt.
