सहदेवस्य गोसंख्य-तन्तिपाल-रूपेण विराट-समागमः | Sahadeva’s Audience with Virāṭa as Cattle-Enumerator

स्त्रियो राजकुले याश्व याश्चैमा मम वेश्मनि । प्रसक्तास्त्वां निरीक्षन्ते पुमांसं कं न मोहये:,इस राजकुलमें जितनी स्त्रियाँ हैं तथा मेरे महलमें भी जो ये सुन्दरियाँ हैं, वे सब एकटक तुम्हारी ओर निहार रही हैं; फिर पुरुष कौन ऐसा होगा, जिसे तुम मोहित न कर सको?
striyo rājakule yāś ca yāś caimā mama veśmani | prasaktās tvāṁ nirīkṣante pumāṁsaṁ kaṁ na mohayeḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Những người đàn bà trong hoàng gia, và cả các phu nhân trong tư dinh của ta nữa, đều đang chăm chăm nhìn nàng không rời mắt. Vậy thì có người đàn ông nào mà nàng không thể làm cho say đắm?”
