य एष तु रथानीके सुवर्णकवचावृत: । सेनाग्रयेण तृतीयेन व्यावहार्येण तिछति

Transliteration

arjuna uvāca | ya eṣa tu rathānīke suvarṇakavacāvṛtaḥ | senāgrayeṇa tṛtīyena vyāvahāryeṇa tiṣṭhati |

Translation

Arjuna nói: “Kẻ đang đứng kia giữa đội xa binh, khoác giáp vàng, án ngữ cùng đạo tiên phong thứ ba—một mũi quân còn sung sức, sẵn sàng xung trận và chịu đựng giao tranh lâu dài—chính là người con lẫy lừng của Dhṛtarāṣṭra: vua Suyodhana (Duryodhana).”
