Chapter 55
आस्थाय रुचिरं जिष्णो रथं सारथिना मया । कतमं यास्यसे5नीकमुक्तो यास्याम्यहं त्वया
āsthāya ruciraṃ jiṣṇo rathaṃ sārathinā mayā | katamaṃ yāsyase 'nīkam ukto yāsyāmy ahaṃ tvayā ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Hỡi Jiṣṇu (Arjuna), nay ngài đã lên cỗ chiến xa rực rỡ này, có ta làm người đánh xe, vậy ngài muốn tiến về phía đạo quân nào? Chỉ cần ngài ra lệnh, ta sẽ cùng ngài đi đến đó.” Trong bối cảnh ấy, Uttara—thấy Arjuna lại kiên quyết đứng vững để giao chiến—hiểu rõ ý định của chàng và dâng sự phục vụ sẵn sàng, nghiêm cẩn, đặt ý riêng dưới mục đích chính nghĩa của bậc chiến sĩ.
