अजुन उवाच
The verse highlights disciplined preparedness in the face of danger: one should arrange resources efficiently and act with steadiness. In a dharmic frame, readiness for conflict is not glorification of violence but responsible fulfillment of duty when protection and justice require it.
Arjuna issues practical instructions to quickly secure the quivers on the chariot and to bring a gold-adorned sword. The scene is one of immediate mobilization, signaling that confrontation is near and that the warrior is equipping himself in an orderly manner.
