उत्तर उवाच
The verse highlights the disciplined readiness and purposeful use of force in a righteous martial context: weapons are described not for cruelty, but as instruments intended to neutralize hostile aggression and protect one’s side in battle.
Uttara is identifying and describing a set of formidable arrows, attributing them to Bhīma and emphasizing their sharpness and enemy-destroying power, as part of the broader scene of preparing for or assessing battle equipment.
