Educational Q&A

The verse highlights rājadharma in practice: rulers rely on organized intelligence (carāḥ) and coordinated action. It underscores disciplined execution of counsel and the ethical weight of statecraft decisions made in a tense, war-prone context.

After Karṇa gives a plan, the group resolves to implement it fully. Spies are ordered to disperse and investigate widely, seeking to discover the relevant persons or facts by searching in many places.
