Educational Q&A

True religious authority is grounded in deep Vedic knowledge and disciplined practice; worship offered through righteous, merit-producing rites is presented as a mark of spiritual credibility and dharmic conduct.

Dhaumya is describing two sages to the Bharata prince, emphasizing their qualifications as Veda-experts and noting that they have performed eminent, holy sacrifices as worship of Śaṅkara.
