Pulastya’s Instruction
देवान् पितृन् समुद्दिश्य तस्य धर्मफलं महत् | एकस्मिन् भोजिते विप्रे कोटिर्भवति भोजिता
devān pitṝn samuddiśya tasya dharmaphalaṁ mahat | ekasmin bhojite vipre koṭir bhavati bhojitā ||
Khi dâng cúng thức ăn với ý nguyện tôn kính chư thiên và tổ tiên, công đức của việc ấy trở nên vô cùng lớn lao. Dẫu chỉ nuôi một vị bà-la-môn trong tâm niệm như thế, cũng như đã nuôi đến một koṭi (mười triệu) người—đó là quả báo dharma của hành động ấy.
