Pulastya’s Instruction

एतच्छुत्वा शुभं वाक्‍्यं रामस्य पितरस्तदा,परशुरामजीका यह शुभ वचन सुनकर उनके पितर बड़े प्रसन्न हुए और हर्षमें भरकर बोले--“वत्स! तुम्हारी तपस्या इस विशेष पितृभक्तिसे पुन: बढ़ जाय

etac chrutvā śubhaṃ vākyaṃ rāmasya pitaras tadā | paraśurāmajī kā yaḥ śubha vacana sunkar unke pitar baṛe prasanna hue aur harṣa meṃ bharkar bole—“vatsa! tumhārī tapasyā is viśeṣa pitṛbhakti se punaḥ baṛh jāy(a)…”

Nghe những lời cát tường của Rāma, các bậc phụ tổ (tổ tiên) của chàng khi ấy vô cùng hoan hỷ. Tràn đầy niềm vui, các ngài nói: “Hỡi con yêu, nguyện cho khổ hạnh của con lại tăng trưởng mãi, nhờ lòng hiếu kính đặc biệt đối với tổ tiên.”
