घुलस्त्य उवाच
The verse teaches disciplined reverence and purposeful spiritual practice: one honors the sacred through pradakṣiṇā (circumambulation) and then proceeds to a renowned tīrtha, implying that right conduct and devotion are enacted through embodied, respectful actions.
A speaker gives pilgrimage directions to a Bharata/Kuru hero, instructing him to circumambulate and then travel onward to a famous sacred ford celebrated across the three worlds.
