कामं च ते करिष्यामि यन्मां वक्ष्यसि बाहुक | विदर्भान् यदि यात्वाद्य सूर्य दर्शयितासि मे,“बाहुक! यदि आज विदर्भदेशमें पहुँचकर तुम मुझे सूर्यका दर्शन करा सको तो तुम जो कहोगे, तुम्हारी वही इच्छा पूर्ण करूँगा”
Bṛhadāśva uvāca | kāmaṃ ca te kariṣyāmi yan māṃ vakṣyasi bāhuka | vidarbhān yadi yātvādya sūryaṃ darśayitāsi me ||
Bṛhadāśva nói: “Hỡi Bāhuka, điều gì ngươi bảo ta làm, ta sẽ làm. Nếu hôm nay ngươi đến được Vidarbha và có thể cho ta thấy mặt trời ở đó, thì bất cứ điều gì ngươi nói—nguyện vọng của ngươi sẽ được toại thành.”
