Śiva Grants the Pāśupata Astra (Pāśupata-Śastra Upadeśa) | शिवेन पाशुपतास्त्रदानम्
ततोडर्जुनो मुर्दं लेभे लब्धास्त्र: पुरुषर्षभ: । कृतार्थमथ चात्मानं स मेने पूर्णणमानसम्,तदनन्तर देवताओंसे दिव्यास्त्र प्राप्त करके पुरुषोत्तम अर्जुनको बड़ी प्रसन्नता हुई; उन्होंने अपने-आपको कृतार्थ एवं पूर्णमनोरथ माना
tato 'rjuno mūrddhaṃ lebhe labdhāstraḥ puruṣarṣabhaḥ | kṛtārtham atha cātmānaṃ sa mene pūrṇamanāsam ||
Bấy giờ Arjuna—bậc trượng phu như hùng ngưu giữa loài người—đã nhận được các thần khí, lòng hân hoan như ngẩng cao đầu vì danh dự. Chàng tự thấy mình đã thành tựu mục đích, tâm ý hoàn toàn mãn nguyện—như được ân huệ của chư thần và công phu kỷ luật đã kết trái thành công.
