इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत वनपर्वके अन्तर्गत कुण्डलाहरणपर्वमें सूर्य-कर्ण-संवादविषयक तीन सौ दोवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

iti prakāraṁ śrīmahābhārate vanaparvake antargata-kuṇḍalāharaṇaparvaṇi sūrya-karṇa-saṁvāda-viṣayakaḥ trīśata-dvitīyo 'dhyāyaḥ samāptaḥ

Translation

Như vậy, chương thứ ba trăm lẻ hai của Vana Parva trong Śrī Mahābhārata, thuộc phần “Lấy đi đôi khuyên tai”, nói về cuộc đối thoại giữa Sūrya và Karṇa, đã kết thúc. Lời kết này đánh dấu sự khép lại của một đoạn truyện, nêu bật thế căng đạo lý giữa lời khuyên của thần linh và ý chí của con người, đồng thời đặt khung luân lý cho những lựa chọn của Karṇa về bố thí, danh dự và định mệnh.
