विवस्वानुवाच यत्‌ तेडभिलषितं किंचित्‌ तत्‌ त्वं सर्वमवाप्स्यसि | अहमन्न प्रदास्यामि सप्त पठच च ते समा:,भगवान्‌ सूर्य बोले--धर्मराज! तुम जो कुछ चाहते हो, वह सब तुम्हें प्राप्त होगा। मैं बारह वर्षोतक तुम्हें अन्न प्रदान करूँगा

Transliteration

Vivasvān uvāca: yat te ’bhilaṣitaṃ kiñcit tat tvaṃ sarvam avāpsyasi | aham annaṃ pradāsyāmi sapta pañca ca te samāḥ ||

Translation

Vivasvān (Thần Mặt Trời) phán: “Hỡi Dharmarāja, điều gì ngươi mong cầu, ngươi sẽ được trọn vẹn. Ta sẽ ban lương thực cho ngươi suốt mười hai năm.”
