यम उवाच ददानि ते5हं तमनिन्दिते वरं यथा त्वयोक्तंभविता च तत् तथा । तवाध्वना ग्लानिमिवोपलक्षये निवर्त गच्छस्व न ते श्रमो भवेत्,यमराज बोले--अनिन्दिते! मैं तुझे वर देता हूँ। तूने जैसा कहा है, वह सब वैसा ही होगा। मैं देखता हूँ, तू राह चलनेके कारण बहुत थक गयी है। अब लौट जा, जिससे तुझे अधिक परिश्रम न हो
yama uvāca: dadāni te ’haṃ tamanindite varaṃ yathā tvayoktaṃ bhavitā ca tat tathā | tavādhvanā glānim ivopalakṣaye nivarta gacchasva na te śramo bhavet ||
Diêm Vương nói: “Hỡi người không tì vết, ta ban cho nàng ân huệ ấy. Đúng như lời nàng đã thưa, mọi sự sẽ thành như vậy. Ta thấy nơi nàng sự mỏi mệt do đường xa. Hãy quay về và đi đi—để nàng không phải chịu thêm nhọc nhằn.”
