Entry into the Yakṣa-Lake Episode
राजोवाच अपीदानीं स तेजस्वी बुद्धिमान् वा नृपात्मज: । क्षमावानपि वा शूर: सत्यवान् पितृवत्सल:,राजाने पूछा--देवर्ष! इस समय पितृभक्त राजकुमार सत्यवान् तेजस्वी, बुद्धिमान, क्षमावान् और शूरवीर तो है न?
rājovāca: apīdānīṃ sa tejasvī buddhimān vā nṛpātmajaḥ | kṣamāvān api vā śūraḥ satyavān pitṛvatsalaḥ ||
Nhà vua thưa: “Ôi bậc hiền triết thần thánh! Vào lúc này, hoàng tử Satyavān—người một lòng hiếu kính với cha—có thật vẫn rực rỡ và sáng suốt, nhẫn nại mà dũng mãnh, chân thật và tận tụy với phụ thân chăng?”
