Karṇa-kuṇḍala-kavaca-jijñāsā; Kuntibhoja’s hospitality and Pṛthā’s appointment (कर्णकुण्डलकवचजिज्ञासा)
राघवस्तु विनिर्यान्तं व्यूडानीकं दशाननम् | बा्हस्पत्यं विधिं कृत्वा प्रत्यव्यूहन्निशाचरम्,श्रीरामचन्द्रजीने जब देखा कि दशमुख रावण व्यूहाकार सेनाको साथ ले नगरसे बाहर निकल रहा है, तब उन्होंने भी उस निशाचरके विरुद्ध बृहस्पतिकी बतायी हुई रीतिसे अपनी सेनाका व्यूह बनाया
rāghavas tu viniryāntaṃ vyūḍhānīkaṃ daśānanam | bārhaspatyaṃ vidhiṃ kṛtvā pratyavyūhann niśācaram ||
Mārkaṇḍeya nói: Khi Rāghava (Śrī Rāma) thấy Rāvaṇa mười đầu dẫn quân rời thành, bày binh thành trận thế, thì Ngài cũng theo phép bày trận do Bṛhaspati truyền dạy mà lập thế trận đối ứng, nghênh chiến kẻ thù dạ hành ấy.
