Draupadī’s Lament and the Question of Kṣatriya Forbearance (द्रौपद्याः शोकप्रलापः क्षमानिर्णयश्च)
एते चान्ये च बहवो नित्यं दोषा: क्षमावताम् | अथ वैरोचने दोषानिमान् विद्धाक्षमावताम्,सदा क्षमा करनेवाले पुरुषोंको ये तथा और भी बहुत-से दोष प्राप्त होते हैं। विरोचनकुमार! अब क्षमा न करनेवालोंके दोषोंको सुनो
ete cānye ca bahavo nityaṁ doṣāḥ kṣamāvatām | atha vairocane doṣān imān viddh akṣamāvatām ||
Những điều ấy—và còn nhiều lỗi lầm khác—thường xuyên giáng xuống những kẻ quen nhẫn nhịn. Nay, hỡi con của Vairocana, hãy nghe ta mà biết những lỗi lầm thuộc về những người không thực hành sự nhẫn nhục.
प्रह्माद उवाच
