कत्थनस्यावलिप्तस्य गर्वितस्य च नित्यश: । सदा च पौरुषौदार्य: पाण्डवानवमन्यतः

Transliteration

katthanasyāvaliptasya garvitasya ca nityaśaḥ | sadā ca pauruṣaudāryaḥ pāṇḍavānavamanyataḥ ||

Translation

Janamejaya nói: “Hắn luôn khoác lác, tự phụ, lúc nào cũng phồng lên vì kiêu ngạo; và tuy cứ phô trương ‘khí phách nam nhi’ cùng cái gọi là lòng hào hiệp, hắn vẫn liên tiếp tỏ sự khinh miệt đối với các Pāṇḍava.”
