Vaiśampāyana uvāca |
Tatas te sahitāḥ sarve Duryodhanam upāgaman |
Abruvanś ca mahārāja yad ūcuḥ Kauravaṃ prati ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Bấy giờ tất cả họ tụ họp lại và đến gặp Duryodhana. Ôi đại vương, họ thuật lại cho vị vua Kaurava ấy đúng từng lời đã được nói để chuyển đến. Cảnh này cho thấy trong cơn khủng hoảng triều đình, sứ điệp được mang đi một cách tập thể và trang trọng, qua đó định hình trách nhiệm và hệ quả trong cuộc xung đột đang mở ra.
