तत्र देवगणा: सर्वे सर्वे देवर्षयस्तथा । मेघतूर्यरवाश्वैव क्षुब्धोदधिसमस्वना:,वहाँ सम्पूर्ण देवता तथा देवर्षिगण आकर विराजमान हो गये। क्षुब्ध महासागरकी गम्भीर गर्जनाके समान मेघों और दिव्य वाद्योंका तुमुल घोष सब ओर गूँजने लगा
tatra devagaṇāḥ sarve sarve devarṣayas tathā | meghatūryaravāś caiva kṣubdhodadhisamasvanāḥ ||
Tại đó, toàn thể chư thiên và các bậc thánh hiền cõi trời đều tụ hội, an vị trong vẻ huy hoàng. Rồi một tiếng ầm vang náo động dội khắp bốn phương: tiếng sấm của mây và tiếng kèn nhạc thiên giới, trầm hùng như tiếng đại dương khi bị khuấy động cuộn trào.
