Educational Q&A

This line is a colophon rather than a teaching-verse: it signals closure and preserves the text’s organization—work, parva, sub-section, episode-title, and chapter number—helping readers locate and transmit the narrative accurately.

The chapter ends. The colophon states that the narration associated with Mārkaṇḍeya’s section, within the Ājñirasa episode about Agni’s emergence/arising, has reached the end of Chapter 222 in the Vana Parva.
