म्लेच्छी भूतं जगत्‌ सर्व भविष्यति न संशय: । हस्तो हस्तं परिमुषेद्‌ युगान्ते समुपस्थिते,उस समय सारा जगत्‌ म्लेच्छ हो जायगा--इसमें संशय नहीं। एक हाथ दूसरे हाथको लूटेगा--सगा भाई भी भाईके धनको हड़प लेगा

mlecchī bhūtaṃ jagat sarvaṃ bhaviṣyati na saṃśayaḥ | hasto hastaṃ parimuṣed yugānte samupasthite ||

Mārkaṇḍeya nói: “Không nghi ngờ gì, cả thế gian sẽ trở nên như mleccha—sa vào man rợ và mất nề nếp chánh đạo. Khi thời mạt đến gần, tay này sẽ cướp tay kia; ngay cả anh em cũng sẽ đoạt lấy của cải của nhau.”
