नैके युगसहस्रान्तास्त्वया दृष्टा महामुने । न चापीह सम: कश्रिदायुष्मान् दृश्यते तव,“महामुने! आपने हजार-हजार युगोंके अन्तमें होनेवाले अनेक महाप्रलयके दृश्य देखे हैं। इस संसारमें आपके समान बड़ी आयुवाला दूसरा कोई पुरुष नहीं दिखायी देता
naike yugasahasrāntās tvayā dṛṣṭā mahāmune | na cāpīha samaḥ kaścid āyuṣmān dṛśyate tava ||
“Bạch đại hiền, ngài đã chứng kiến biết bao cảnh đại hủy diệt của thế gian xảy đến vào lúc kết thúc hàng ngàn, hàng ngàn thời đại. Và trong cõi đời này, chẳng thấy ai sánh bằng ngài về thọ mệnh.”
