कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः

Kṛtayuga Description and Instruction on Royal Dharma

निर्गतो5हमकामस्तु इच्छया ते महाप्रभो । इच्छामि पुण्डरीकाक्ष ज्ञातुं त्वाहमनिन्दितम्‌,“महाप्रभो! मैं अपनी अभिलाषा न रहनेपर भी केवल आपकी इच्छासे बाहर निकल आया हूँ। कमलनयन! आप सर्वोत्कृष्ट देवताको मैं जानना चाहता हूँ

nirgato ’ham akāmas tu icchayā te mahāprabho | icchāmi puṇḍarīkākṣa jñātuṁ tvāham aninditam ||

Vaiśaṃpāyana thưa: “Ôi Đại Chúa Tể! Dẫu bản thân con không hề có ý muốn, con vẫn ra được bên ngoài chỉ bởi ý chí của Ngài. Ôi Đấng mắt như hoa sen! Con nguyện muốn biết Ngài—bậc vô nhiễm, vô song giữa các thần linh.”
